Thank you for writing this. However, a problem with the lawsuit is that torts against schools are capped because if they were not, allegedly cities would go bankrupt. This is a problem with school suits that needs to be addressed. Teachers and school systems should not be protected like this. This might be the reason why they did nothing because they knew they would get away with it.
